Hello and Welcome,

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for adults seeking telehealth therapy in the state of NH and MA.

Collaboration and trust are at the heart of the therapeutic relationship. Let’s work together to create intentions that you feel connected to. I believe every one has the ability to identify and access personal strengths to create change.

Nonjudgmental curiosity and a lighthearted sense of humor are at the center of my work. I am always honored when people allow me to witness their inner life. There is hope for change, healing and relief.

I have been in the field for over 10 years having worked with all ages in a variety of settings. This includes the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, LGBTQIA+, relationships & communication, and female-related issues.

If you are 18 or older struggling with anxiety, depression or other life stress, you deserve a safe space for self-care.

Do I need therapy?

What's the risk?

If you are feeling overwhelmed by thoughts and feelings or are going through a particularly difficult time, therapy may be helpful. You don't need to suffer alone. Talking to someone can help. Help looks different to everyone and it may range from processing your internal experience/feelings, psychoeducation and/or learning coping skills. Therapy is a personal choice. It's about seeking help when you feel ready.

Therapy can feel scary in the beginning, especially if it's your first time. Talking to a stranger about your most personal and vulnerable experiences can feel overwhelming. It's important that you move at your own pace and your boundaries are respected. Thoughts and feelings may come up that you weren't expecting. If you change your mind and aren't ready for therapy or aren't ready to share certain parts of yourself, the door is always open.

Do I take your insurance?

I currently accept Optum, Anthem BCBS, BCBS, UBH, UMR, UHC, Carelon, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim

My out of pocket rate is $150 for Intake and $125 for ongoing 55 min sessions
